U.S. Stocks Rally, Dow Surges Back Above 10,000 Asian stocks open higher
TOKYO Japanese stocks opened higher on Thursday, with the headline Nikkei index jumping 183.17 points or 1.97 per cent to 9,462.82 in the first minutes of trading.

Hong Kong shares opened 1.73 per cent higher on Thursday, with the benchmark Hang Seng Index rising 343.68 points to 20,200.75 in the first minutes of trade.
