Laffans Petro is moving between 38-45 levels(presently in T2T) with reasonable volumes .
The company's chemcial divison (90 % of business) is being bought by Huntsman Chemical(part of company which was known as Ciba Geigy).The deal will be over by June 2011 .
Present Market Cap of the company is @ 35 cr. It is estimated that deal will be @ 100 cr.
Laffans Petro will continue with Logistic Business(presently 10 % contribution)and may associate with Huntsman Chemical in related areas.
